Royal Cement Ltd., established in 2001 through a joint venture between KSRM Group and BSA Group, is one of Bangladesh's most advanced composite cement factories. Located in Ghoramara, Bara Kumira, Chattogram, the factory produces Portland Composite Cement CEM II/B-M, conforming to international standards. With a production capacity of 3200 MT per day or 1,000,000 MT per year, it boasts the largest under-shed and in-silo raw materials storage facility in Chattogram Division, capable of holding 80,000 MT. Adopting a Single Sourcing Strategy for raw materials, the clinker is sourced from Siam Cement, Thailand, while top-quality slag is acquired from Nippon Steel, Japan. Modern quality control facilities ensure consistent product quality, including the unique Concrete Lab facility for customer support. Supported by marine logistics and land transportation, Royal Cement delivers its products efficiently, maintaining the 'Engineer Brand' benchmarks of Superior Strength, Optimum Setting Times, and Minimum Expansion. The company also operates Royal PP Bag Ltd., adjacent to the cement factory, supplying a range of high-quality PP bags to esteemed customers such as Holcim Cement, Crown Cement, and Lafarge Surma Cement.
