Our process begins with the collection of rainwater in the Rainwater Collection Tank. To ensure pristine water, suspended solids and turbidity undergo thorough removal in the Clarifier Tank. The water then goes through a combined filtration process, featuring Mechanical, Lamination, and UF Filters. This not only maintains optimal pH and water parameters but also eliminates almost all turbidity and suspended solids. To fortify our system further, we employ a state-of-the-art Security Filter, acting as a shield against any remaining particles that might reach the reverse osmosis stage. This not only protects our high-pressure pump but also ensures the longevity and peak performance of the reverse osmosis membrane. The final stage involves passing through the R.O. filter, culminating in the Treated R.O. Water Reserve Tank. The significance of our Advanced Water Purification System lies in its direct impact on steel quality. Maintaining a low chloride (Cl-) and hardness in water is pivotal in reducing corrosion and rusting in our rods.
